Moira + Brian | Washington D.C. Wedding Day

It’s been way too long since I shared a wedding day with you on the blog! A lot has happened since my last post. My final engagement session before the shutdown with Katie & Aaron was bittersweet – we knew things were changing rapidly, but we had no idea how quickly! So many people’s wedding plans were changed, impacted and rearranged. Some, several times! Moira & Brian weren’t originally an RSP Couple, and these 2 went through it all to finally celebrate their wedding day on Saturday! They had originally planned to get married in New York in March but with the shutdown happening in NY just 3 days before their wedding day, they had to cancel. They moved all their plans to DC so they could get married the next week, but timing was not on their side and they were forced to postpone again. But these two hung in there and while their plans were changed so many times, y’all their love for each other was NOT cancelled! They finally made it to the alter on Saturday and it was such a beautiful and perfect day!! It was so clear almost immediately how much love Moira and Brian have for each other, for their families and how excited they were to FINALLY be married. I am so honored that I was able to photograph their day and I am ecstatic to be back behind my camera photographing what I love the most!
