Seaside Engagement Session | Jessica & Oliver | Virginia Beach, VA
Happy 2021 y’all! I know we’re all so happy to see a new year! I’m especially excited to be sharing a new session with you already in 2021! Jessica and Oliver’s seaside engagement session was an absolute joy to photograph and I’m so excited to share my favorites with you today!
I was absolutely ecstatic when Jessica and Oliver told me they were hoping to photograph their engagement session in Virginia Beach! I went to school near VA Beach and I absolutely adore a seaside session. There’s something so dreamy about the white sands and being next to the water!
So I made a road trip of it, including a drive by to see my university’s campus – which is SO different from when I was in school! Our first stop was a visit to First Landing State Park! Y’all, I was so blown away by this romantic little spot! There was Spanish moss and marsh land everywhere and my southern landscape loving heart was in total heaven!
Jessica and Oliver were absolute naturals in front of the camera!! It was so clear the minute we got started how much love these two have for each other! Seriously the cutest, y’all!
After our time at First Landing State Park, we headed for the oceanfront for the rest of this Seaside Engagement Session! Jessica & Oliver were incredible sports because it was SO windy and cold on the beach y’all! The minute we cleared the dunes, I thought we were going to be blown away! But these two stuck it out and I’m so glad they did! This glow was absolutely magical!
Jessica & Oliver are getting married at one of my favorite spots, Valley Road Vineyards, in June! I can’t wait to celebrate with these two and those gorgeous mountain side vineyard views so soon!!
